Detox Soup

Another recipe that Vaidya Mishra and I developed to aid detoxification.   Have this soup at lunch. Do not have at night because we don't want to detox during sleep do to slower circulation.

Ingredients:

Detox Soup:

  • 1/4 cup of tapioca pearls
  • 1/4 cup of white daycon radish
  • 1 cup of zuchinni or yellow squash or Lauki
  • 1 tablespoon of whole organic coriander
  • 1/2 tsp of your own spice mix
  • 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro leaf
  • 1/8 tsp of Kalonji seed
  • 1 quart of good water.
  • Cooling Soma salt to taste.


Cook all of these things together overcooked to a soup. After removing from heat, squeeze lime into soup.
