Chapati - Alternative To Wheat Flour Recicpe

This Chapati recipe is an alternative to the traditional wheat flour chapati for people with gluten allergies.
  • 1/4 cup Quinoa
  • 1/4 cup Arrow Root
  • 1/4 cup Amarenth
  • 1/4 cup Rice Flour
  • Cooling Soma Salt to taste.
  • 1 cup of Fresh Yogurt.
  • 2- 3 pinches of baking soda.

Make dough in the yogurt.  Then pinch off a piece and roll into a ball with your hands.  Then roll flat with a rolling pin.  Grill the chapati in a dry frying pan until slighlty brown and it puffs up.
