This Chapati recipe is an alternative to the traditional wheat flour chapati for people with gluten allergies.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Quinoa
- 1/4 cup Arrow Root
- 1/4 cup Amarenth
- 1/4 cup Rice Flour
- Cooling Soma Salt to taste.
- 1 cup of Fresh Yogurt.
- 2- 3 pinches of baking soda.
Make dough in the yogurt. Then pinch off a piece and roll into a ball with your hands. Then roll flat with a rolling pin. Grill the chapati in a dry frying pan until slighlty brown and it puffs up.
