Breakfast Paneer

This is a recipe that Vaidya Mishra and I created because we felt we getting enough protein in the morning.  It's very tasty!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of paneer
  • 1 tiny stick of cinnamon
  • 2 cloves crushed
  • 2 green crushed cardamon
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 pinch of saffron
  • 1 cup of 50/50 water and whole organic milk
  • 1 handful of raisins.

Instructions:
Toasted all of the spices and raisins with ghee, then add paneer and toast it also. Then add 1/2 cup of whole organic milk and 1/2 cup of water. Boil for 10 minutes
