An easy to make chutney with Mung Dal. Chutney is a wonderful compliment to veggies and grains.
- 1/2 cup mung dal.
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1/4 tsp of your personal spice mix.
- Cooling Soma Salt
- Lime to taste
Toast the dal first in a dry pan for 2 or 3 minutes.. Blend with water, salt and spice mixture and Lime.
