This probiotic recipe from Coconut should only be used in the Summer.
- Mature coconut
- Natren Yogurt Starter
Open the Coconut and remove the water. Put the water in a double boiler and warm slightly. Don't boil. Add 1/2 tsp of Natren Yogurt Starter to 4oz of warm coconut water at 98 to 102 degrees. Place in a yogurt warmer or in the oven with the oven light turned on for 10 to 12 hours.
Eat 2 tablespoons of the water in the morning.
