Fresh Almond Milk helps to increase Soma and Ojas in the body. This is a wonderful support for sleep at night. Drink 45 minutes before bed.
Ingredients:
- 10 blanched almonds
- 6 to 8 oz of water
- 1 crushed cardamom pod
- 2 threads of saffron
- raw honey to taste
- 1 pinch of Cooling Soma Salt
Instructions:
Blend the almonds with a small amount of water to grind them to a paste. Then add the rest of the water and other ingredients and blend. Strain the water or "milk" and sip.
