A Chai recipe containing herbs to open the channels, reduce inflammation and improve the digestive fires.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 tsp of mint
- 2 pinches of neem
- 1/2 tsp of gymnema
- 1/2 tsp of Indian Kino
- 1 tsp of fennel seed
- 1 whole stick of crushed cinnamon
- 2 pinches of Kanchanar
- 2 bags of Green tea
- 4 crushed clove
- 6 crushed cardamon
- 3 pinches of saffron
- 1 tsp of coriander seed
Instructions:
Boil the ingredients in 16 oz of water for 5 minutes, then add whole organic milk and bring to a boil. Strain and cool. Sip slowly.
