Energy Boosting Chai

A Chai recipe containing herbs to open the channels, reduce inflammation and improve the digestive fires.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp of mint
  • 2 pinches of neem
  • 1/2 tsp of gymnema
  • 1/2 tsp of Indian Kino
  • 1 tsp of fennel seed
  • 1 whole stick of crushed cinnamon
  • 2 pinches of Kanchanar
  • 2 bags of Green tea
  • 4 crushed clove
  • 6 crushed cardamon
  • 3 pinches of saffron
  • 1 tsp of coriander seed

Instructions:

Boil the ingredients in 16 oz of water for 5 minutes, then add whole organic milk and bring to a boil.  Strain and cool.  Sip slowly.
