Re-hydration Water Recipe

Sometimes we can become dehydrated.  This recipe will improve the absorption of water as well as bind acidic toxins in the blood and remove them through the urinary channels.  It is better to sip the water slowly to allow better absorption.

Ingredients:

  • 2 pinches of dgl powder
  • 1/2 tsp of toasted coriander
  • 2 crushed toasted cardamom pods
  • 1 fresh mint leaf

Instructions:
Boil in 1 quart of water with all the above ingredients. After the water cool squeeze 1 whole lime in the water.

Sip during the day.
