Pomegranate helps absorption. As such it is useful for diarrhea or frequent bowel movements.
Ingredients:
- 50/50 Warm water and Pomengranate Juice (we recommend Lakewood organic juice).
Per 6oz glass add:
- 2 pinches of toasted cumin seed
- 1 pinch of Cooling Soma Salt.
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients and sip after lunch and dinner. Take little sips to improve absorption. Do not use this recipe if you are constipated.
