Description

Tulsi or Holy Basil is a favorite herb in the Shaka Vansya tradition. It strengthens the mind by connecting it with our Sattwa or light of the Soul. When the mind is connected to the light, our senses are unable to pull them mind in 5 different directions at once. The mind remains stable and one pointed. Tulsi is also an immune modulator and helpful in managing infections particularly of the Respiratiory system.

Directions

Apply the cream to the whole spine swiping downwards 7 times in the morning and evening.
