Description

Wild Amla (Phyllanthus emblica), known as Amalaki in Ayurveda, is one of the most revered Rasayana (rejuvenating) herbs in the entire Ayurvedic pharmacopoeia. Unlike cultivated Amla, Wild Amla carries a more concentrated and potent Soma quality — the cooling, nourishing intelligence that rebuilds tissues, restores vitality, and reverses the effects of aging and depletion.

In SV Ayurveda, Wild Amla is a true tridoshic herb — balancing Vata, Pitta, and Kapha simultaneously — making it one of the most universally beneficial herbs in the tradition. It is the primary ingredient in Chyawanprash, the classical Ayurvedic longevity formula, and is celebrated for its extraordinary richness in Vitamin C and bioflavonoids that enhance protein synthesis and tissue regeneration.
