Prepayment & Securing Slots:
All appointments require full prepayment at the time of booking to secure your time slot.
Online Changes (24+ Hours Notice):
You may freely cancel or reschedule your appointment online using the link in your confirmation email up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled time to receive a full refund.
Late Changes & No-Shows (<24 Hours):
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment time, as well as missed appointments, are non-refundable and forfeit the consultation fee.
Discretionary Fee Waivers:
If you need to make changes within the 24-hour window due to exceptional circumstances, you must call us directly; any fee waivers or policy exceptions are handled solely at management's discretion.
