What is CoQ10?  PubMed states:

"Coenzyme Q10 (ubiquinone) is a naturally occurring compound widely distributed in animal organisms and in humans.  An essential role of coenzyme Q10 is as an electron carrier in the mitochondrial respiratory chain. Moreover, coenzyme Q10 is one of the most important lipophilic antioxidants, preventing the generation of free radicals as well as oxidative modifications of proteins, lipids, and DNA, it can also regenerate the other powerful lipophilic antioxidant, Alpha-Tocopherol.  Decreased levels of coenzyme Q10 in humans are observed in many pathologies (e. g. cardiac disorders, neurodegenerative diseases, AIDS, cancer) associated with intensive generation of free radicals and their action on cells and tissues."

It is present in all cell membranes and is essential for Aerobic Metabolism to produce energy (ATP)

Biologic CoQ10 is one of 3 formulas that Vaidya Mishra developed for Cellulite although it can be used for improving energy and reducing oxidative stress.  For Cellulite it improves Collagen synthesis and protects the skin cells from oxidative stress.

For Cellulite it can be used alone or in conjunction with Fascia Nutrition and Cellu-Clean.

Directions

For all applications first swipe the area with Flexible Flow or Super Flow cream to improve the physical and vibrational circulation.

For Soft Cellulite:

If using with the other 2 cream, apply last to the area and rub in gently.  Allow the cream to absorb into the skin.  Apply Morning and Evening.

For Hard Painful Cellulite:

Morning:

If using with the other 2 creams, apply last to the area and with mild pressure perform a cross-fiber massage for a few seconds to each of the painful areas.  This manual stimulation will help activate an enzymatic process known as fibrinolysis to help break down the hard fibers.  Only do this step in the morning to allow metabolism on the toxins throughout the day.

Evening:

Apply the cream(s) again to the affected areas without any cross-fiber massage.

For Greater Energy and To Reduce Oxidative Stress:

Apply on the spine after Flexible Flow or Super Flow and swipe downwards 7 times.
